AO Membership Card

I. Membership Tiers & Application Requirements

Tian Card (Top Tier): Single purchase totaling CAD$300,000 or above.
Di Card: Single purchase totaling CAD$150,000 or above.
Xuan Card: Single purchase totaling CAD$100,000 or above.
Huang Card: Single purchase totaling CAD$50,000 or above.

Upgrade Rule:

For the second (or subsequent) purchase, members must spend twice the difference between their current tier and the next tier to qualify for an upgrade.

Example:

If your first membership is Xuan Card (NT$100,000) and you wish to upgrade to Di Card (NT$150,000), your next purchase must reach:

(150,000 – 100,000) × 2 = NT$100,000 to upgrade successfully.

II. Membership Benefits

Partner Discounts:

Enjoy exclusive discounts when shopping at participating partner merchants (offers may vary by merchant).

Exclusive Services:

Premium members (Tian Card / Di Card) have access to a dedicated customer service channel and project consultation.

Priority access to company-hosted events and seminars.

Upgrade Rewards:

Receive a special welcome gift (e.g., home décor items, partner store vouchers) when you upgrade to a new tier.

Tian Card members:

enjoy an annual VIP experience (e.g., in-home consultation with a designer, home maintenance services).

III. Card Usage Guidelines

Membership privileges are for personal use only and may not be transferred.
Members must present their Yun Shui Card when making purchases at partner merchants.
The company reserves the right to amend membership terms and conditions at any time, with updates announced on the official website.
Membership validity is the same as the renovation warranty period: 5 years.
