Two-Bathroom Renovation | Modern Design Meets Everyday Functionality

This project involved the simultaneous renovation of two residential bathrooms, transforming them into modern spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and everyday comfort.

With a focus on simplicity, timeless design, and easy maintenance, the renovation goes beyond a visual upgrade to create bathrooms that better support the homeowners' daily routines.

| Overall Design Concept

A neutral colour palette creates the foundation of both bathrooms, combining:
．Grey stone-look tiles
．White integrated countertops
．Wood-grain cabinetry
．Matte black fixtures and details
By maintaining a consistent selection of materials and colours, the bathrooms feel clean, calm, and contemporary, with a cohesive visual flow throughout.

| Separate Shower Design

Both bathrooms feature dedicated shower areas designed to improve comfort and functionality:
．Glass shower doors maintain an open and spacious feel.
．Large-format tiles minimize grout lines for easier cleaning and maintenance.
．Black fixtures and shower systems create a strong, modern design statement.
．The shower areas serve as both functional spaces and refined visual focal points.

| Vanity & Storage Upgrades

Each bathroom was thoughtfully configured according to its specific needs:
．Floating vanities create a lighter, more spacious appearance.
．A double vanity improves convenience for shared daily routines.
．Integrated countertops and undermount sinks provide clean lines and easy maintenance.
．Large mirrors and mirrored cabinets expand storage while visually opening up the space.

| Lighting & Finishing Details

The lighting layout was redesigned to create a brighter and more comfortable environment:
．Contemporary light fixtures elevate the overall look.
．Evenly distributed lighting improves visibility and everyday usability.
．Consistent black hardware and details tie the entire design together.

| The Completed Transformation

After the renovation, both bathrooms offer:
．A modern, minimalist, and timeless aesthetic
．Improved flow and everyday convenience
．Easy-to-clean, low-maintenance materials
．Enhanced storage and functionality

Through thoughtful adjustments to proportion, materials, storage, and details, these compact bathrooms were transformed into practical and refined spaces designed for comfortable everyday living.
