Full-Home Renovation | Understated Modern Luxury & Refined Details

This full-home renovation embraces an understated modern luxury aesthetic, with comprehensive upgrades extending from the entryway and living room to the staircase, bathrooms, and kitchen.

Through the use of sintered stone, warm wood detailing, layered lighting, and a refined neutral palette, the home was transformed into a sophisticated living space that balances style with everyday functionality.

🔹 Entryway Sintered Stone Feature Wall

- A large-format marble-look sintered stone feature wall creates an elegant focal point upon entering the home.
- Vertical wood detailing on both sides, combined with concealed LED lighting, adds warmth, depth, and dimension.
- A floating entryway cabinet keeps the space visually clean, while a statement metal pendant light adds a contemporary finishing touch.

🔹 Full-Home Flooring Upgrade

The original flooring was replaced with light grey wood-look flooring, creating a brighter and more open atmosphere throughout the home.

The new flooring continues seamlessly from the main living areas to the staircase, creating stronger visual continuity and a more cohesive overall design.

🔹 Bathroom Renovation

- Black sintered stone surfaces paired with wood-grain detailing create a refined, hotel-inspired aesthetic.
- A new smart toilet and vanity countertop enhance both functionality and everyday comfort.
- Concealed lighting adds depth to the wall design while creating a softer, more sophisticated atmosphere.

🔹 Staircase & Railing Upgrade

The staircase was redesigned with light wood treads and slim black metal balusters, creating a clean and contemporary look.

The new railing and handrail system provides improved safety while becoming an intentional part of the home’s overall design.

🔹 Living Room TV Feature Wall

The TV feature wall combines dark wood finishes with sintered stone, adding visual depth and creating a sophisticated focal point in the living room.

The contrast between the darker materials and the home’s lighter overall palette helps create a balanced and refined interior.

🔹 Kitchen Renovation

- Upper and lower cabinetry was refreshed with a two-tone off-white and light khaki palette, adding subtle depth while maintaining a warm, neutral aesthetic.
- A large kitchen island provides generous space for cooking, meal preparation, and everyday use.
- New countertops and improved storage planning create a kitchen that feels cleaner, more organized, and more functional.

🔹 Full-Home Interior Painting

The home was refreshed with a palette of crisp whites and soft neutral tones, helping reflect more light and making the interior feel brighter and more spacious.

A Cohesive Modern Transformation

Through carefully selected materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a consistent modern design language, this renovation transformed the home into a refined, functional, and cohesive living environment.

Every element—from the sintered stone feature walls and custom lighting to the flooring, staircase, and cabinetry—works together to create a home that feels sophisticated while remaining comfortable and practical for everyday living.
