Vancouver West Side Bathroom Renovation | From Severe Water Damage to Modern Minimalism

This older bathroom in Vancouver's West Side had significant water leakage issues and required a comprehensive renovation.

The new design embraces a modern minimalist aesthetic, using a crisp white palette contrasted with matte black fixtures to create a clean, sophisticated, and contemporary bathroom.

🌟 Bathroom Renovation Highlights

1. Double Vanity & Storage
✅A double vanity allows multiple users to comfortably share the space.
✅A quartz countertop paired with custom white cabinetry provides generous storage while maintaining a clean and streamlined appearance.
✅Matte black faucets and cabinet hardware coordinate with the shower fixtures, creating a cohesive design throughout the bathroom.

2. Shower Area

✅A large glass sliding shower door with a black aluminum frame adds definition and emphasizes clean architectural lines.
✅A rainfall showerhead paired with a handheld shower provides greater flexibility and convenience.
✅Textured wave-pattern wall tiles add depth and movement to the predominantly white interior, turning the shower into a distinctive focal point.

3. Flooring, Lighting & Fixtures

✅Large-format marble-look floor tiles visually expand the room while creating a brighter and more refined appearance.
✅A smart toilet, recessed ceiling lights, and vanity lighting introduce greater functionality and modern convenience.

4. Improved Layout & Flow

✅The original shower beside the toilet was removed and relocated to the former bathtub area.
✅This new configuration creates a larger shower space while improving circulation and making the overall bathroom feel more open and comfortable.
