Vancouver Bathroom Renovation | A Complete Shower Transformation

🔴 Before Renovation | Key Challenges

Before the renovation, the bathroom felt dated, dark, and increasingly difficult to maintain.

‼ Outdated finishes and an aging overall design
‼ A bulky built-in bathtub and heavy shower enclosure made the space feel confined
‼ Insufficient lighting created a dark and uninviting atmosphere
‼ Mold and peeling paint were visible in several areas

🟢 After Renovation | A Hotel-Inspired Bathroom Retreat

The bathroom was completely refreshed with a brighter, more open layout and carefully selected modern finishes.

✔ The original built-in bathtub was replaced with a freestanding white tub, creating a lighter and more contemporary focal point.
✔ The shower area now features a frameless glass enclosure, paired with a matte black rainfall showerhead and handheld shower.
✔ The shower and bathtub zones were visually opened up and connected, making the entire bathroom feel significantly more spacious.
✔ Three-dimensional wave-textured wall tiles introduce subtle movement, texture, and depth to the space.
✔ The double vanity was upgraded with clean white cabinetry and a quartz countertop, creating a brighter and more streamlined appearance.
✔ Integrated linear lighting around the mirrors, complemented by gold wall sconces and under-vanity lighting, creates a layered and relaxing atmosphere.

From Dated to Relaxing

What was once a bathroom the homeowners hardly enjoyed using has become one of the most comfortable and inviting spaces in the home.

With a more open layout, modern fixtures, layered lighting, and carefully selected materials, everyday routines now feel more like a relaxing, hotel-inspired experience.
